- Record keeping of all employees’ financial and personal information
- Administration of all weekly and or monthly salaries, including the processing and recording of all Earning and Deductions
- Third party payment (union fees, garnishee orders, etc.)
- Administration of total leave days taken by employees in leave cycle. Provision of monthly electronic payroll reports that are customised to your needs
- Completion of provision of EMP201 to be submitted and paid to SARS (PAYE, UIF and SDL)
- Ensure all processing is done for timeous payment of staff’s wages/salaries on designated monthly pay date
- Provision of electronic banking file for internet transfers to employees as well as Payment/Remuneration list
- Provision of PDF VIP payslips to be emailed to clients on monthly basis and distribution of payslips via emails and WhatsApp to employees
- Bi-annual and Annual Tax year end IRP5 submissions to SARS
- Monthly submission of electronic UIF declaration to the department of labour on the client’s behalf
